On entering this apartment, you will be greeted by a cleverly designed space setup with holiday accomodation in mind. This apartment has a relaxing Master bedroom, modern bathroom, separate comfortable lounge with ultra-modern kitchenette containing dish drawer, microwave & fridge. The lounge also has two single beds at one end to accomodation four guests comfortably. Unlimited Wi-Fi, smart TV & quiet street parking make this an easy & cosy apartment to stay in.

Enter from a separate side entrance and up a flight of stairs to your modern getaway so close to New Plymouth's. attractions.

Womad held in Mid-March is only a stroll across the road & through the Racecourse to the beautiful Bowl of Brooklands

From mid-December until early February Pukekura Park is transformed for the Festival of Lights where you can enjoy lighting displays set amongst the beautiful botanic gardens, you can take a picnic down to The Hatchery lawn & listen to free live music most nights during this Festival. A must to visit.

There is a limited Hot water supply here so please keep showers short.

Covid-19 cancellation policy. For reservations made on or after 10th June 2022 our standard cancellation policies will apply. From this date we will no longer be offering credits or moving booking dates if guests cannot travel due to testing positive for COVID and self isolating.

PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state which includes removing all sheets and pillowcases from beds and placing them in the bathroom and making sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
