A five minute stroll will have you shopping at the funky Fitzroy Village shops or a ten minute stroll to the popular swimming beach of East End and the Scenic Coastal Walkway or the NP CBD. This location is a tourist hot spot as you can park up and walk to many of New Plymouth's major attractions.

Covid-19 cancellation policy. For reservations made on or after 10th June 2022 our standard cancellation policies will apply. From this date we will no longer be offering credits or moving booking dates if guests cannot travel due to testing positive for COVID and self isolating.

PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
