Split over two levels you are greeted with well-appointed spacious living areas, high quality kitchen, relaxed informal dining, bathroom and a large door that slides back to reveal a stunning bedroom with a quality king bed and a sofa bed which folds out to a single bed for a child. Enjoy a glass of pinot on the balcony while admiring blue water sea and city views. On the upper level a spectacular master bedroom with a another quality king bed opening to a balcony with more breath-taking views, walk in wardrobe and bathroom with bath and shower. The third bedroom has two comfortable quality single beds.

Additional features included one secure carpark (not for long or wide vehicles) In-house gym, WIFI, laundry, large smart tv, 2 x air conditioning heat pumps, electric blinds and cellphone charging bedside lamps.

Covid-19 cancellation policy. For reservations made on or after 10th June 2022 our standard cancellation policies will apply. From this date we will no longer be offering credits or moving booking dates if guests cannot travel due to testing positive for COVID and self isolating.

PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Accommodation purposes only - strictly no gatherings, parties or noise after 10pm.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday.
