In 1927 a successful New Plymouth business owner commissioned a comfortable two story family home to be built and Fox Manor was created. Fast forward to 2021 and this grand home has now been completely refurbished and updated to modern 2021 standards.

Fox Manor - Level One encompasses the entire ground level of this stunning holiday house. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area leading out through a door so you can enjoy the outdoor alfresco dining area. Boasting a comfortable relaxed lounge with quality furnishings and a massive 75 inch TV.

Three large luxurious bedrooms, two bedrooms with a quality king bed in each and a third bedroom with a quality queen bed and seating area for guests to enjoy. You will be toasty warm with a quality radiator heating system throughout the space, to keep you snug in cold winter months. Additional features include high speed internet, clothes dryer only, no washing machine. There is also a Webber BBQ and lots of grass area for children to play. On street free parking only.

Covid-19 cancellation policy. For reservations made on or after 10th June 2022 our standard cancellation policies will apply. From this date we will no longer be offering credits or moving booking dates if guests cannot travel due to testing positive for COVID and self isolating.

PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state which includes removing all sheets and pillowcases from beds and placing them in the laundry and making sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
