Fitzhaven is located in a spectacular waterfront position in Fitzroy overlooking the reserve and out to sea. A five minute stroll from the Fitzroy Village shops and easy access to a very popular swimming beach and scenic coastal walkway.

This stunning apartment covers the entire length of the ground level of this beach house and boasts two fabulous open plan living spaces for you to enjoy. The apartment opens beautifully to the outdoors where you can enjoy alfresco dining in the garden looking out across the reserve to the sea. Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while listening to the soothing sounds of the sea.

There is a large fully equipped open kitchen for all your cooking needs while on your holiday. Featuring two large bedroom suites with their own private bathrooms, positioned at separate ends of the apartment, giving couples the perfect amount of privacy and space. One bedroom has a super king bed and the other a comfortable queen bed. The super king bed can be split into two king singles on request prior to stay. Additional features include Unlimited WIFI, well equipped laundry and one off street carpark. Plenty of on street parking.

The owners of this property have created such a welcoming homely space and the location is one of the very best you will find in New Plymouth. Spend your days swimming, surfing, windsurfing or playing golf. Use the Scenic Coastal walkway to connect you to stunning beaches, nature walks, shopping, arts and culture.

Covid-19 cancellation policy. 
If the Region that the booking person is from has gone into Government forced Covid lockdown preventing you from physically travelling to our Region then you will be offered the opportunity to move dates or be refunded in full. We do not refund for cancelled events due to Covid, standard cancellation policies apply.

PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state which includes removing all sheets and pillowcases from beds and placing them in the laundry and making sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
