On the ground level it features two spacious living areas, one a sunny conservatory and formal dining area. The fully equipped large kitchen offers family groups to come together and cook up a storm and a laundry area with a washing machine and clothes dryer. This level also boasts a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a bathroom.
The upstairs level has three large bedrooms 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and the third with a king single bed and a single bed. This bedroom also has the benefit of a sea view out to the New Plymouth coastline. There is also a second bathroom on this level.
Warm timber features and relaxed comfortable furnishings creates a chilled vibe. Cost effective practical accommodation proving the perfect base for work crews and tourists. Covid-19 cancellation policy. For reservations made on or after 10th June 2022 our standard cancellation policies will apply. From this date we will no longer be offering credits or moving booking dates if guests cannot travel due to testing positive for COVID and self isolating.

PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state which includes removing all sheets and pillowcases from beds and placing them in the laundry and making sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
