This completely separate, stunning apartment is located on the ground level of a new build house, a hop, skip and jump from the beach. The owners have created the perfect space for guests to enjoy. A light, bright and modern minimalist living area opens out to a sunny private patio to relax and enjoy a glass of merlot.

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king bed and great indoor/outdoor flow outside. A well-appointed, stunning bathroom and well-equipped kitchenette plus off-street parking completes this wonderful cost effective package. The property boasts an advanced fresh air ventilation system and it is well insulated to create a warm, cosy environment.

Enjoy a good coffee and pastry at Piccolo Morso and lunch at the Hub while you enjoy exploring the quirky village shops of Fitzroy. After a busy day out, you can curl up and watch Netflix on the Smart TV and make use of the Unlimited WIFI.

Covid-19 cancellation policy. For reservations made on or after 10th June 2022 our standard cancellation policies will apply. From this date we will no longer be offering credits or moving booking dates if guests cannot travel due to testing positive for COVID and self isolating.

Please note: We do not refund for cancelled events due to Covid, standard cancellation policies apply.

PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, toliet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash. Guests are asked to bring their hair dryer with them.
