Aqua Vista is situated right by the swimming beach in Oakura a small beach community a 10-minute scenic drive along Surf Highway 45 from New Plymouth. One of the most sort after positions you will find in Oakura, complete tranquillity and a chance to watch the waves roll in and soak up the sea air. Out the front of the bach is a large recreational reserve area which is perfect for children to keep busy, with a playground, skate park and basketball area.

A quirky and cool loft style second level flows to a large space which has been well designed to cleverly create two large bedroom spaces, the queen room opens to a large deck with even more spectacular water views. The twin room is spacious and comfortable for a good nights sleep. Unlimited WIFI & Plenty of Off-Street Parking, Heat Pump are added bonuses. Please note there is no TV so a real break.

Spend you days at the beach, in the evening enjoy dinning at the Black Sand Pizzeria and Bistro. The Village shops incorporates cafes, boutique shops and a 4 Square to pick up your supplies, are a short ten-minute walk away thru the reserve area. Covid-19 cancellation policy. For reservations made on or after 10th June 2022 our standard cancellation policies will apply. From this date we will no longer be offering credits or moving booking dates if guests cannot travel due to testing positive for COVID and self isolating.

PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
