Jo Bourke is an entrepreneur with a passion for travel, property, and people. Jo has five years’ experience in property management and six years well rounded experience across all aspects of the STRA industry. As Founder & Director of Bach Break Jo has responsibility for overseeing the business operations and onboarding of new business.
Donna brings a wealth of knowledge to the business with 22 years’ experience in admin, payroll, and financial management. She handles all the financials, human resources, and payroll for the business. She also liaises with property owners and guests.
Kelly has over 10 years’ experience cleaning at 5- star hotels and STRA properties. She oversees the daily tasks including reservation management, access code setup, property manuals, guests in house requirements. She also undertakes property pre-inspections prior to guests’ arrival.
Vicki has over 40 years’ experience in hospitality, retail and leading successful teams. She as an eye for details. She manages the daily cleaning rosters, quality control, property maintenance requirements and oversees and organises the cleaning team.
